The Company does not counsel sellers or buyers, show properties, negotiate sales contracts, or hold a position of trust and confidence, whether or not in connection with this website. Accordingly, no brokerage relationship or any agency or fiduciary relationship is intended to be or shall be deemed to have been created between the Company and seller or buyer of real estate. If you have a dispute with the Seller, you release Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc., its affiliates, radio stations, their officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, and employees from claims, demands and damages, actual and consequential, of any kind, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
